Relax and unwind at our charming cottage by the sound in The Village at Nags Head. Located at the 4th Green, it's the best location in Bay Meadow! Take in spectacular sunset views over the water from either of the king master bedrooms on the mid-level. Enjoy leisurely mornings on the spacious decks and sip from a cool drink each evening while you lounge in the Jacuzzi. Leave your stress at home and let our cottage by the sound soothe you.

With this pet-friendly 5 bedroom vacation rental enjoy Village Beach Club privileges including a large community pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts and game room. There are 2 master bedrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi bath tub. There are 4 full baths and 1 half bath in total. 6 TVs, 3 VCRs, 6 DVD players, HBO in the great room, digital cable, as well as, Showtime and Cinemax. Other amenities include: elevator, granite countertops, port-a-crib, high chair, hammock, 2 hammock swings, wood burning fireplace available mid September through end of April, charcoal grill, outside shower and a picnic table.

We know it's important to stay connected. This property does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Bedding: 3 Kings, 1 Queen, and 1 Pyramid Bunk w/ a Twin Trundle, Sleeper Sofa, and a Rollaway. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check-out day.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. The King Master bedroom on the 2nd level is "disability friendly" and has a roll in shower, handrails and seat. Doorway is 36" wide.

The top level has a large, open area with great sound views. Deck doors are 28" wide.
