2010 Community Pool Dates for Pirate's Cove: Open Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting.

Please be aware that the private hot tub at this home is currently winterized and will not be available again for guest use until May 2, 2010.

Jeeves the Butler was worried ... Mr. VanGotRocks had instructed him earlier today to find a vacation home that was suitable for the family. Jeeves knew how particualr Mrs.Victoria VanGotRocks was about everything and especially when it came to vacations.

The family had never been to the Outer Banks before but that was their destination this year. And for the first time ever Jeeves was instructed to find the best deal possible ... seems like the economy was affecting even the VanGotRocks.

Jeeves got on the Internet and began his search. He wrote his list:

Six Bedrooms, and at least four bedrooms have to have a private bath. Five full baths would be necessary.
Had to have an elevator because Mrs. VanGotRocks' mother was coming too and could not climb stairs.
Private Pool and Hot Tub. For the kids; a foosball table and hopefully a pool table and make sure the house has internet access.

Boat Ramp Access ...that was important. No smoking (little Reginald was allergic) and no pets (little Priscilla was allergic).

His friend at the estate next door told him about Village Realty; said they had some homes in a wonderful boating community called Pirate's Cove. Jeeves checked it out and began to read about a certain house--property BP36.

6 bedrooms, 5 full baths and 1 half bath. 4 master bedrooms. That would do nicely. He read on ...
All the linens and towels were provided and the beds were going to be made too! That was one chore he could take off his list...making all those beds.
He read on ... Elevator...yes. Private pool...yes and it was a saltwater pool, excellent for the children's skin and the Mrs. bathing suit.
Hot tub, pool table, foosball, internet access. That should keep the family happy.

This home had a no smoking policy and pets were not permitted.

Now, if only the bed sizes would work:
1 king, 4 queens, 2 twin beds and a sleeper sofa. Perfect!
Located on the Soundfront in Pirate's Cove. What is Pirate's Cove? A waterfront community offering first class amenities (community pool, tennis, fitness center and playground ... the little VanGotRocks will love it. They even host big game tournaments throughout the year.

Jeeves saw that the weeks he wanted were available and although he was not really good on computers... why ...My Stars ... he went ahead and reserved it online and made the first payment. This was easy!

At dinner that night Jeeves relayed the vacation plans to the VanGotRocks. He told them that everything was taken care of ... and showed them the printed brochure he had made from the Village Realty website.

Mr. VanGotRocks looked at the brochure, looked at his wife (who was smiling) and then looked at Jeeves. "Jeeves, my man, this is excellent. Thank you and we would like you to join us on our vacation this year." Jeeves was stunned. And happy ... the end.
