'Avalon' is located in the Old Nags Head Place neighborhood, near Milepost 12, on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

The owners have taken great care to provide a relaxing and comfortable retreat for their guests. The private pool (24' x 12') is heated from April 22 to June 5 and again from September 3 to October 16. There is also a hot tub.

This vacation home is located between the roads and guests cross the two lane Beach Road to access the ocean.

There are five bedrooms and four full baths and one half baths. All of the bed linens (including pillows) and bath towels are provided and the beds are made before you check in so you can start your vacation right away.

Bed Sizes: four king beds and one pyramid bed (full bed on the bottom and twin on top)

Policies: No smoking, no pets, Sunday check in day

Amenities include 7 TVs, 7 DVD players, 2 stereos with surround sound and a rec room with pool table. If you are bringing a little one with you please note that a high chair, baby gate and pack'n'play are available at the house.

Wifi service is included so don't forget to bring your laptop pc.

Outside shower and charcoal grill.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Stayed in JR101 Avalon...It was by far the best house Ive ever stayed in (have been coming for 9 yrs). Everything about the house was immaculate...even the outside!!! The carport was spotless, for goodness sakes! It was also great having a heated pool for that early in the season. I would definitely recommend your company to everyone - stands out above the rest!!! -- Debbie C.
