STEPS TO THE BEACH...across the street from the beach access and the Nags Head bike trail. Fantastic recently redecorated home with room for all your family. View the surf from the front decks! Even an elevator; a great asset for those having trouble with steps and helps getting those groceries upstairs too. Don't let those emails pile up while you are away from home...'American Dream II' provides WiFi wireless hi-speed access to the Internet, please bring your own laptop. Then relax by the pool or soak in the hot tub as a perfect way to loosen up those muscles after an exhausting day of riding the bikes on the bike trail. Finally...off to the YMCA for even more amenities for your family!

This pet friendly, 8 bedroom Outer Banks beach home Fronts the Beach Road in Nags Head. 14' x 24' private pool, elevator, hot tub, rec room with foosball and shuffleboard. Top of the line electronics including 10 TVs, 2 VCRs, 9 DVDs, digital entertainment system with music/movie library, Nintendo Wii, high-speed wireless Internet access throughout the home. 1 refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, 1 microwave, full size crib, high chair, gas fireplace is available mid September through the end of April, outside shower, propane grill. Nicely landscaped. Great location in Nags Head; guests can cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean.

Beds: 5 Kings (4 King Suites with Bath), 1 Queen, 2 Pyramid Bunks with Trundle beds. One of the king bedroom private bath showers has a ramp for easy accessibility. There are no grab bars or other accessible features. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Parking is available for 5-6 cars. Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
