Oceanfront, community pool (heated, saltwater), in-ground hot tub (available May 15 to November 29), boardwalk to the beach... and that is just the beginning of the list for this luxury condo. There is a fitness room available with state of the art cardio equipment, game room with a pool table and all right on the oceanfront in Kill Devil Hills.

This beautifully appointed condo is on the Southeast corner of the second floor and there is an elevator for your convenience. Three TVs, a DVD player, DVD library and a stereo are provided as well as Internet access so you can stay connected. In the kitchen you will find upscale appliances including stainless steel refrigerator, oven and dishwasher plus granite countertops. This is an end unit with windows on 2 sides for even better ocean views.

Tutters Two has two bedrooms, one of which is a master. There is a queen bed, a pyramid bunk, and a sleeper sofa. One bath has a roll-in shower and the doorways are wider to allow wheelchair access. All bed linens and towels are provided, beds are made. Relax. We clean when you have to finally check out.

*If there is specific information you need to have regarding access for a person in a wheelchair or with limited mobility please let us know. We are happy to go out to any home and take photos and/or measurements for you.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Kill Devil Hills vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
