Ocean views, ocean breezes and comfortable elegance come together for the perfect place to spend a week or more on the Outer Banks. This third level Croatan Surf Club condo is located on the northeast corner of the compex and all rooms are on one floor.

Condo amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool, in-ground spa, spray park, kiddie pool, dunetop gazebo and walkway to the beach and a community grill. Inside there is a fitness center and game room. The indoor pool means you can enjoy the water anytime of the year ... the retractable roof will let sun or stars shine above you.

If you have to work, bring your laptop computer as WiFi is provided.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. 2 king beds and 1 pyramid bunk plus a queen sleep sofa in the living room. All the linens and towels are provided and the beds are made before you check in. Relax, you are on vacation after all.

The 2 king bedrooms have a private bath attached. There is a semi-private bath for the pyramid bunk room.

There are 4 TVs and 4 DVD players. One king bedroom and the living area have terrace access and ocean views.
If you are here during the fall or winter, enjoy the electric fireplace.

Nearby restaurants offer great food and lots of choices. Some of our favorites include Goombay's, Mama Kwan's and The Pearl. Good Life Gourmet offers deli foods and coffees; eat in or take out. Two large grocery stores are also close, the Food Lion and Harris Teeter.

This complex is truly a resort and offers luxury and elegance as well as many amenities ... something for everyone.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at 'Tres Bien'. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

Some particulars: Saturday check in day. Located near Mile Post 7.5 on the Beach Road in Kill Devil Hills.
The pools are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and lockers are available on the ground level for individual use, please bring your own lock.

2012 Pool Dates at the Croatan Surf Club: The outdoor pool is open from April 1st through the end of October (weather permitting). The indoor heated pool is open all year. Hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Just want to say thank you to everyone for choosing my name "Tres Bien" as one of the winners in your recent Croatan Surf Club contest. We were there from Sunday until today. The club is wonderful! It did not even matter that the weather was too stormy and rough to even set foot on the beach, (my favorite thing), because we had every possible thing we could possibly want right there at CSC. We invited another couple to join my husband and me and I know we all will try to go again.
