With over 6,000 square feet of living space, you might as well call your family and friends today to make plans. 'The Turtle's Nest' has everything you will ever need while on vacation... internet access, elevator, an exercise room, an in-home theatre with tiered seating, a rec room with a pool table, a heated pool (pool is heated from early May to early June and again from early September to mid October) and a Tiki Bar (w/TV,sink, full size fridge & microwave), 8 person hot tub, kiddie pool, private walkway to the beach, and baby equipment, just to name a few.

Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, you are close to many area attractions and restaurants. The Wright Brother's Memorial, Avalon Fishing Pier and great restaurants such as The Colington Cafe and Awful Arthur's are only a few miles away. And of course, you are on the Oceanfront... imagine sunrise on the decks, sunsets with family and friends and happy children on the beach.

With twelve bedrooms and eleven baths, there is plenty of room for everyone and privacy is not a problem. This new home, which was completed in 2009 is sure to become a premier vacation destination on the Outer Banks.

As with all Village Realty homes, all the bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to check in. There are 7 king beds, 1 queen, 1 bunk set, 2 double beds and 5 pyramid bunks (double bed on bottom and twin bed on top). Relax, and enjoy your vacation.

This oceanfront retreat does not permit smoking. No Pets Allowed. Parking is limited to 8 cars.

Parking is limited to 8 cars and that will mean most cars will be parked single file down the driveway.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

There is a ramp for wheelchair access.
Level 1: Exterior ramp from the parking area to the ground-level entrance. Elevator goes to all levels. Also has ramp to pool area.

Mid Level: The disability friendly bathroom has wider doorways and a bath with hand rails and a seat in the shower. The bedroom is closest to the elevator.
