'Serenity Now' is just steps from the ocean! This home fronts the Beach Road in Kill Devil Hills and it's a very easy walk across the street to the beach access--only 250'. This beautiful new home has room for all of your family. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants ... just three doors down from a local 'Best of the Beach' winner pizzeria and ice cream parlor. Use the elevator to help with luggage and groceries. If you do not want to be too disconnected from the outside world, take advantage of the high-speed wireless Internet access. Relax by the pool with built in benches or soak in the hot tub as a perfect way to loosen up those muscles. Hang out with family and friends enjoying a cool, refreshing beverage at the tiki bar and large pool deck.

Pet friendly, 7 bedroom Outer Banks vacation home. Elevator, private heated pool, (the pool is heated from early May through early June and again starting in early September til mid October), tiki bar in pool area, hot tub, whirlpool tubs. 8 TVs, 4 VCRs, 3 DVDs, surround sound, wireless high speed Internet access (no computer provided, please bring your laptop), free long distance service, stereo with CD, books and games. There are two full sized refrigerators with an ice maker in each. Rec room with foosball, wet bar with ice-maker, gas fireplace (available mid September through the end of April), high chair and baby gates. Screened porch, outside shower, sun and covered decks, grill. Intercom system on all floors, ceiling fans. Close to the beach access; approx 250'. Centrally located & close to great restaurants & an oceanfront deck bar!

Beds: 2 Kings, 4 Queens, 3 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Holiday rate applies for Thanksgiving week. Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
