Elevator, private heated pool, (the pool is heated from early May through early June and again starting in early September til mid October), cabana bar in pool area, hot tub, whirlpool tubs. 9 TVs, 4 VCRs, 3 DVDs, surround sound, wireless high speed Internet access (no computer provided, please bring your laptop), stereo with CD, books and games. There are two full sized refrigerators with an ice maker in each. Rec room with foosball, wet bar with ice-maker, gas fireplace (available mid September through the end of April), high chair and baby gates. Screened porch, outside shower, sun and covered decks, grill. Intercom system on all floors, ceiling fans. Close to the beach access; approx 250'. Centrally located & close to great restaurants & an oceanfront deck bar!

Beds: 2 Kings, 4 Queens, 3 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day. Holiday rate applies for Thanksgiving week.
