Location, Location, Location!... Outer Banks Oceanfront condo in Kill Devil Hills. Directly across from the Wright Brothers Memorial on a lifeguarded beach. Well kept condo has community pool, great views, grilling area, outside showers. Perfect small family getaway. Close to restaurants as well.

The new decks on both the east and west sides of the condo offer an enlarged space to spread out and relax, catch up on a good book or watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. This unit is located on the first level of the building...you get all of the great views without the hassle of climbing a bunch of stairs.

2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Community pool, 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, Stereo w/ CD player, high chair, high speed wireless internet access, outside shower, and community grilling area. Huge decks off both the East and West sides of the unit offer great areas for relaxation. The Oceanfront Deck offers seating for 6 with 4 adirondack chairs and 2 bar stools. There is a built in bar that offers a great place to have dinner or to enjoy some drinks after a long day on the beach.

Parking for 2 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets. Beds: 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
