'Salmon Shores' is sure to please. Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this first floor condo is close to area attractions, wonderful Outer Banks restaurants, great shopping and the beach.

Hughes Retreat Condos are located at the 9 ½ mile post and features a large community pool, 2 park grills, picnic tables and covered parking.

If you need to stay connected while on vacation, Internet access is available (don't forget your laptop computer!) and there are 4 TVs, 2 DVD players, 3 VCRs and even a Playstation II.

This is a non smoking home. You may bring a small dog (under 30 lbs please).

Beds: 2 Queens, a Pyramid Bunk with a Trundle bed and a Sleep Sofa. Sleeps 7-8. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

We really enjoyed Salmon Shores. It was close to everything (shops, beach, restaurants). It was also very well maintained and REALLY clean. I would definitely rent from Village Realty again. -- Amy L.
