Sun and Fun on OBX and all while enjoying the comfortable elegance of The Croatan Surf Club. This Outer Banks condo is on the fourth floor, facing south and has three bedrooms and three full baths. Beds: 2 kings, 1 pyramid bunk and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All the bed linens and bath towels are provided and Village Realty will make the beds before you check in.

This new Oceanfront complex is unique; offering an Oceanfront pool and spa, a Spray Ground for the kids, an indoor heated pool and another spa and an exercise room and an arcade room. There is a walkway to the beach and an Oceanfront Gazebo. Three elevators for the building, wireless Internet access (bring your laptop pc), and access to a park grill and picnic table.

'Point Break' has a TV/DVD in each bedroom and in the living room. There is also a stereo w/iPod dock. Covered parking is available under the complex.

Policies: Saturday check in day for full week stays (more flexibility on this during the off season). Short stays are available, please call 800.548.9688 and ask about property CSC4C. No smoking. Pets are not permitted.

Head for the beach, head for pools or head for one of several OBX restaurants nearby. We recommend Jolly Roger for breakfast. Lunch time ... check out Goombays on the Beach Road, Mama Kwans on US 158 or Kill Devil Grill or Red Drum on the Beach Road. Dinner time! Head to Mako Mike's, Chili Peppers or Kelly's ... or for a casual evening where you are sure to meet locals go to Food Dudes or Awful Arthurs.

Take the kids to the Wright Brothers Memorial in Kill Devil Hills and don't miss a performance of the Lost Colony Outdoor Drama on Roanoke Island. There are lots of activities for kids here all summer; movies, putt putt, the NC Aquarium, Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the Whalehead Club, Festival Park in Manteo and Jockey's Ridge. Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
