First Flight Retreat is a new, luxury, oceanfront condominium complex. Located at mile post 8.5 in Kill Devil Hills, it sits on one of the widest most pristine beaches on the Outer Banks.
Penthouse Retreat is the largest condominium at First Flight Retreat. This third floor condo offers fantastic southeast ocean views from the private terrace. Filled with luxurious surroundings, you will find the great room the perfect place to dine, relax and watch a movie on the 42 inch LCD TV, or just sit and view the ocean through one of three sliders leading out to your private oversized balcony. Penthouse Retreat is the only 3 bedroom condo offered at First Flight Retreat. 2 Bedrooms are comfortably arranged with King sized beds and baths conveniently located off of each. With a Pyramid bed and trundle in the 3rd bedroom, there is plenty of room for that 3rd couple or even a few kids. All rooms contain video game compatible LCD TV's, DVD players, and ceiling fans for your comfort.
Penthouse Retreat is conveniently located near the pool and beach access side of the complex. Just a quick trip down the elevator to the first level leaves you steps away from the beautiful pool area with a heated pool (saline), hot tub, kiddy pool, and lounge chairs for you comfort. Also steps away are the fitness center, game room, and boardwalk to the beach, where you will find a large private handicapped accessible oceanfront deck with beach access. Taking the elevator to the ground level will bring you to the covered parking garage and an outdoor grilling area with picnic tables. Penthouse Retreat is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and attractions, some of which are within walking distance. Penthouse Retreat is sure to provide you with memorable vacations year after year.
Penthouse Retreat amenities include: wide, lifeguarded beach, community heated pool (saline), hot tub spa, kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, outside shower, grilling area, bike racks, beach access, oceanfront disability friendly/accessible deck, elevator, one level living, upscale furnishings and appliances, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, wine cooler, Magaritaville margarita mixer, 4 video game compatible LCD TV's, 4 DVD players, stereo system with surround sound and Ipod dock, wireless internet access, books, games, puzzles, port-a-crib, child booster seat, washer and dryer in unit, iron and ironing board.
Beds Include: 2 Kings, 1 Pyramid Bunk with a Trundle bed, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soaps are provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
Penthouse Retreat is Non-Smoking and does Not Allow Pets. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
