'Our Retreat' is located between the roads at 9 ½ mile post, one block north of the Nags Head/Kill Devil Hills town line. From the covered decks you can see the Wright Brothers Memorial & the ocean, with access to the beach an easy walk. We even provide the beach gear & a beach cart for an easy, fun filled day at the beach.

Hughes Retreat Condos community features include a large pool, 2 park grills, picnic tables and covered parking.

'Our Retreat' is on the second floor, right off the elevator, and features: 4 TVs, 2 VCRs, DVD, Playstation/DVD player, and covered parking one stall from the lobby. We also offer a washer & dryer inside. All kitchen needs including linens are present. This home is between the roads and guests cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean.

Two great restaurants are at either end of the property, close to shopping, bike rental & other activities... just the perfect area!

Non-Smoking. No Pets.

Beds: 2 Kings, Pyramid Bunk with Trundle, Full Sleep Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
