Croatan Surf Club - 4D on the fourth floor, facing south and has three bedrooms and three full baths. Beds: 2 kings, 1 pyramid bunk and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All the bed linens and bath towels are provided and Village Realty will make the beds before you check in.

This new Oceanfront complex is unique; offering an Oceanfront pool and spa, a Spray Ground for the kids, an indoor heated pool and another spa and an exercise room and an arcade room. There is a walkway to the beach and an Oceanfront Gazebo. Three elevators for the building, wireless Internet access (bring your laptop), and access to a park grill and picnic table.

Policies: Saturday check in day for full week stays (more flexibility on this during the off season). Short stays are available, please call 800.548.9688. No smoking. Pets are permitted.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

2012 Pool Dates at the Croatan Surf Club: The outdoor pool is open from April 1st through the end of October (weather permitting). The indoor heated pool is open all year. Hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
