The Croatan Surf Club is a new luxury complex located right on the oceanfront in "downtown" Kill Devil Hills. Here is a list of the amenities:

OBX Decompress is located on the top floor and faces South; there is not a view of the Ocean but it is just a short walk to the gazebo or the oceanfront walkway. There are three beddrooms and three full baths. Beds: 2 kings, 1 queen and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Village Realty provides all the linens and towels and they even make the beds before you check in.

This flat (everything is on one level) has four TVs and four DVD players. Wireless Internet access is provided ~ don't forget your laptop computer. There is a no smoking policy and pets are not permitted. The check in day is Sunday. Short stays are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental. Grocery Stores: there are two full service, large grocery stores nearby. One is the Food Lion-- in the Belk Center near Mile Post 7.5. The other is Harris-Teeter, about the 9.8 Mile Post. Both are open year round and stay open very late in the summer months.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

2012 Pool Dates at the Croatan Surf Club: The outdoor pool is open from April 1st through the end of October (weather permitting). The indoor heated pool is open all year. Hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

This was our first time staying at the Croatan Surf Club, and first time renting from Village Realty. We were very impressed with the Croatan Surf Club. The pool area was beautiful. The facility was well maintained and in great condition. We loved the unit we rented. We will come back!
