'Morning Sunrise' (FF107), is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the first floor and featuring ceramic tile, custom cabinets, stainless appliances including 3 TVs, a DVD player, stereo system, and washer and dryer. Community features include: outdoor heated pool (saltwater), in-ground spa, oceanfront deck, boardwalk to beach, endless ocean views, fitness room with state-of-the-art cardio equipment, game room with pool table. There is wireless Internet access available so you can stay connected (please bring your laptop). Close to area attractions including wonderful OBX restaurants and shops.

Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen. Relax, you are on vacation...all bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

No smoking is permitted and there is a no pet policy.

Guests of 'Morning Sunrise' will also have access to the local YMCA during their stay. The Outer Banks YMCA, located in Nags Head, is a 28,000 sqft. facility offering activities for youth, teens and adults of all ages - perfect fun for the entire family! Enjoy the outdoor pool and water park, a 25-meter indoor pool and sauna, fitness center with state-of-the-art weight and cardio equipment, group exercise including spinning, interactive zone with video game-based equipment, massage therapy and hot tub, racquetball courts, skate park and full court gymnasium available for basketball, soccer and volleyball.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

The pool at First Flight Retreat condos will be open from May 19th through October 13th in 2012 (weather permitting)

During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days.
