Community features include: outdoor heated pool (saltwater), in-ground spa, oceanfront deck, boardwalk to beach, endless ocean views, fitness room with state-of-the-art cardio equipment, game room with pool table. There is wireless Internet access available so you can stay connected (please bring your laptop). Close to area attractions including wonderful OBX restaurants and shops.

Guests of 'Morning Sunrise' will also have access to the local YMCA during their stay. The Outer Banks YMCA, located in Nags Head, is a 28,000 sqft. facility offering activities for youth, teens and adults of all ages - perfect fun for the entire family! Enjoy the outdoor pool and water park, a 25-meter indoor pool and sauna, fitness center with state-of-the-art weight and cardio equipment, group exercise including spinning, interactive zone with video game-based equipment, massage therapy and hot tub, racquetball courts, skate park and full court gymnasium available for basketball, soccer and volleyball.

Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen. Relax, you are on vacation...all bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
