With 2 master bedrooms and baths, this two-story Croatan Surf Club townhouse, located in Kill Devil Hills, with beautiful granite, tile, hardwoods, custom cabinetry, and more await you in this truly upscale vacation property.

Elegant comfort and upscale amenities are what the Croatan Surf Club is all about. The 80 ft long oceanfront pool and extensive outdoor complex includes lush greenery, in-ground spa area, complete with "spray ground", dunetop boardwalk, gazebo and shower sprays. This outdoor oasis offers the perfect complement to the unspoiled beaches of the Outer Banks. The elaborate indoor complex is a masterpiece of cut-stone, tile and hardwood. The indoor heated pool, open year-round, is accentuated with a translucent roof and here is where you can relax and unwind ... enjoying the warm water and soothing atmosphere. The exercise area and arcade offer entertainment for all ages.

No smoking. No pets. There are 3 elevators in the community for your convenience. Covered parking allows for 2 cars with additional outdoor overflow parking.

Bedding: 2 Kings, 1 Pyramid Bunk, Day Bed with Trundle, 2 Rollaways. In-unit washer and dryer. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Some particulars: Saturday check in day. Located near Mile Post 7.5 on the Beach Road in Kill Devil Hills.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

2012 Oceanfront Pool Dates at the Croatan Surf Club: The outdoor pool is open from April 1st through the end of October (weather permitting). The indoor heated pool is open all year. Hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
