3 bedroom Outer Banks condo; close to the beach in Kill Devil Hills. A 3rd floor condo with ocean views & community pool (16'x40'), you are less than 200' to the public beach access. Elevator for building. 4 TVs including a 32" flat screen in the living room, DVD player, VCR, wireless internet access (please bring your own laptop computer), stereo with CD player, book & video library, washer & dryer, outside shower, community grill & picnic area, storage closet in garage for beach items, covered parking. Centrally located, you are close to great restaurants and shopping and you can walk to the beach. This home is located between the roads and guests cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the beach.

Non-Smoking, please (Owners are highly allergic). No Pets.

Beds: 2 Kings, Pyramid Bunk with Trundle. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Take the elevator to the top floor (3rd) and there you'll find our beautiful beach getaway- ' Jeminey by the Sea'! Sip your cocktails from our covered deck that overlooks the pool, while taking in the views of the ocean and the Wright Brothers Memorial. (You will also see some spectacular sunsets!) Read a book, play a game, or work on your laptop -- we have high speed wireless internet. Walk to the beach, bike rental shop or great restaurants nearby. We are centrally located at MP 9.5, right across the street from the beach, so you can enjoy everything the Outer Banks has to offer.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
