This Outer Banks vacation rental is located near Milepost 9.5 between the roads in Kill Devil Hills. 'It's a Shore Thing' is close to some of our wonderful OBX restaurants and within walking distance to Mama Kwan's (lunch and dinners), Millers (breakfast, lunch and dinner), Kill Devil Grill (lunch and dinner) and American Pie (pizza). Cross the Beach Road and it is a short walk to the beach.

Offering a private pool and a hot tub, this OBX rental home has a Saturday check in day. Pets are not allowed and the home does not permit smoking.

Wireless Internet access is provided so don't forget your laptop. There are several tvs, a dvd player and a stereo. A gas fireplace is available from mid September to end of April. There is also a gas grill.

Bedding is 3 King and 2 Queen...you don't have to make them! All of the bed linens and bath towels are provided for you and Village Realty will make the beds before you check in.

Since you are very centrally located it is a short drive to some of the most famous and popular attractions on the OBX...The Wright Brothers Memorial, Jockey's Ridge State Park and The Lost Colony are all must sees. The North Aquarium on Roanoke Island is a great way to spend a few hours and while in Manteo we suggest you head for the waterfront "downtown" and take a tour of this charming town.
