Reunite your family on the Outer Banks. 12 bedroom Oceanfront in Kill Devil Hills. 15' x 28' heated, private pool with baby pool (dates for heated pool are shown below), large hot tub, 2 whirlpool tubs and elevator. 14 TVs, 3 VCRs, 11 DVDs, HBO, Cinemax, high speed Internet access (please bring your own laptop), central stereo, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, rec. room w/pool table, foosball, den, 2 wet bars w/icemaker & refrigerator, 3 full-sized refrigerator, 2 washers & dryers, 2 dishwashers, extra large range, double ovens, port-a-crib, high chair, baby gate, 2 outside showers, 2 park grills.

Beds: 6 Kings, 2 Queens, 8 Twins, 2 Pyramid Bunks, 2 Bunk Sets. *There are also 2 ground level bonus rooms each w/ 2 Twins. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Parking for 8 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Holiday rate applies for Thanksgiving week. Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Have been staying in the same house for 5+ years. Every year there are upgrades made which make it enjoyable to come every year. The staff at Village Realty is always pleasant. We do miss the hanging swings at the property. -- Bonny T.
