Close to everything that the Outer Banks has to offer and right on the oceanfront too. FF215 is a luxury condo in Kill Devil Hills. Community amenities include an outdoor heated pool (saltwater), game room with pool table, in-ground hot tub, elevator and wireless internet access. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Attention to detail is apparent everywhere you look; from the stainless appliances, ceramic tile and custom cabinets to the luxurious bath.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located on the interior of the second floor. There are 2 TVs, a DVD player and a stereo. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

No smoking, please. Pets are not permitted.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Kill Devil Hills vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
