This luxury flat is located on the 4th floor of the Croatan Surf Club in "downtown" Kill Devil Hills. The features and amenities at this complex are above and beyond what any vacationer would ask for.

The oceanfront pool is the perfect place to start your day. The kids will enjoy the "spray ground" created especially for them. Soak in the outdoor spa or sit up on the oceanfront dune top deck and enjoy the view. There is also an indoor, heated pool which is open year 'round ... complete with a translucent roof. Elevators are available - three of them for the building.

Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, three full baths. Two of the bedrooms have a private bath attached and the third bath is accessible from the living area and third bedroom. There are 4 TVs, 4 DVD players, Stereo and WiFi; please bring your own laptop computer. There is also an electric fireplace.

Saturday check in day. No smoking, please. Pets are not permitted. Two covered parking spaces are provided and there is overflow parking available. This fourth floor flat faces north. There is a private hot tub on the deck.

Bed sizes: 2 King, 1 Pyramid, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa . All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of soap and paper products is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Additional features and amenities: walkway to the beach, game room, exercise room, park grill and picnic table for the complex. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Washer and dryer.

Some particulars: 'Buy-Inn' has a Saturday check in day. Located near Mile Post 7.5 on the Beach Road in Kill Devil Hills.
The pools are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and lockers are available on the ground level for individual use, please bring your own lock.

2012 Pool Dates at the Croatan Surf Club: The outdoor pool is open from April 1st through the end of October (weather permitting). The indoor heated pool is open all year. Hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Kill Devil Hills vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. 'Buy-Inn' does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
