New for 2010! This home is equipped with a KABA keyless entry lock. Keyless entry allows you to go straight to your vacation home without having to check in at our office. Prior to your arrival, you can call us for a six-digit code that will work for your entire stay. No keys to keep track of or drop off when you leave! Of the 12 bedrooms at 'Boardwalk', 8 have private baths and 2 of those boast large whirlpool tubs. Most bedrooms also offer direct balcony and deck access. Guests will enjoy having extra getaway spaces in the mid-level den or the large loft that overlooks the main living level. Other amenities include: high-speed wireless Internet access (please bring your laptop); 13 TVs all with DVD players; 13 VCRs; video library; loft area with fax machine, scanner and X-Box game; 2 stereo systems; baby equipment including high chair and pack-n-play; fireplace available mid September through end of April; outdoor shower; deck furniture; and easy parking for 8-9 vehicles in the wide driveway.
'Boardwalk' allows pets and has a no smoking policy.
Beds: 4 Kings, 5 Queens, 3 Pyramid Bunks with 3 Trundle Beds, and 1 Bunk Set. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
'Boardwalk' is also an event friendly home...and what a fantastic space to have a wedding! Imagine saying your 'I Do's' on the oceanfront or under the gazebo, then walking back to the pool area and spacious top level living area for your reception celebration with great food, wine, music and family and friends. Even Fido can be part of your wedding at 'Boardwalk'!
