The indoor heated pool is open year-round and features a translucent roof. The exercise area and arcade offer entertainment for all ages.

Other amenities for 'Best In Show' include: 4 TVs, 4 DVD players, high-speed wireless Internet access (please bring your laptop), fireplace available mid September through the end of April, and access to community park grill. This property allows short stays with a 3 night minimum; please call for rates and other details.

There are 3 elevators in the community for your convenience. Covered parking allows for 2 cars with additional outdoor overflow parking.

Bedding: 2 Kings, 1 Pyramid Bunk, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

2012 Pool Dates at the Croatan Surf Club: The outdoor pool is open from April 1st through the end of October (weather permitting). The indoor heated pool is open all year. Hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Kill Devil Hills vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Security at Croatan Club much improved since gate lock to pool and beach was installed. Got to check in a litle early and very easy since unit has combo lock. Great condo and "pet friendly" is important for us. Condo is spotless. No pet smell or undesirable conditions due to being pet friendly. Great place! -- Don Knott
