Everything from the architecture to the fun colors and tropical landscaping takes you away from the everyday! This home in the Devonshire Place neighborhood lets you get away from it all and still be in the middle of everything on the sound side in Kill Devil Hills.

The main living area features an electric fireplace available year-round and a dining table for six. The master bedroom has a king bed and sitting area with gas fireplace. In addition to a bedroom with a queen bed, there is a den with daybed, plus two twin beds in the loft. Enjoy a backyard patio and deck with furniture, gas grill and a canopy swing.

The fantastic Elbow Beach waterpark is within walking distance. Here you will find fun for the whole family - a large pool with gently sloping entrance on one side, misters, waterslides, even a lazy river! The clubhouse at Bermuda Bay also has a pool table and a small fitness center. Wireless internet access also works in the pool area.

Beach access is at the end of Ocean Bay Blvd and there is a nice bath house at this location. Park your car and enjoy the day at the beach!

We know it's important to stay connected. This property does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

The community pool is open from Memorial Day to the end of September, weather permitting. This home is located in the Devonshire Place section of Bermuda Bay.

Bed sizes: 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twins, 1 daybed. Sleeps 7. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

*** Please note the gas fireplace in the master bedroom is available mid-September through the end of April. The garage is not available for guest use. ***

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call 800-548-9688 for rates and other details.
