Fourteen bedroom estate right on the oceanfront. Centrally located, you are only minutes from dining and grocery stores, as well as attractions such as the Wright Brothers Memorial. But why leave when there is so much to enjoy here?

First there are two game rooms - one with pool table and another with a shuffleboard table. There is also a wet bar. On the mid-level is a media room featuring a 54" Panasonic flat-screen and surround sound. Upstairs, the beautifully appointed great room has a dining area with seating for 22, plus 7 more seats at the granite bartop. The kitchen has plenty of room for the chefs, with a stainless steel Kenmore Elite refrigerator, two ranges and two microwaves.

The fourteen bedrooms provide a range of choices for the whole family. There are six master bedrooms with private baths, and every bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD player. The upper-level king master even has a whirlpool tub for an extra dose of relaxation.

There is a no smoking policy for this home; no pets are permitted.

Beds: 5 Kings, 8 Queens, 4 Twins. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day. Parking for 4-5 vehicles.



The Food Lion grocery store is located in the Belk Shopping Center at Mile Post 7.5. This full service grocery store is open year 'round. There is a Harris-Teeter grocery store at Mile Post 9.5 in Kill Devil Hills, also open all year.

Want to eat out? Sure you do, you are on vacation. Here are some recommendations:
Goombays, very close by, right on the beach road. Has an island twist to it, very good food, nice bar. Very popular with the locals. Open for lunch and dinner

Kill Devil Grill is also on the beach road around Mile Post 9--excellent food. Also popular with the locals. Serving lunch and dinner

Kelly's is always a good choice for dinner. Great seafood and really nice bar/lounge area. Live entertainment some nights.

Holiday rate applies for Thanksgiving 2011. Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
