3rd floor Outer Banks condo with deck overlooking the community pool and the town of Kill Devil Hills, including the Wright Brothers National Memorial -- and yes, you can see the Ocean Waves from the deck!

A secured building with elevator access, Hughes Retreat Condos are located at the 9 ½ mile post. Community features include a large pool, 2 park grills, picnic tables and covered parking.

This home is located between the roads and guests cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the beach. 'An AQUA Retreat' is an easy walk to a public beach access and centrally located near shopping and excellent family restaurants. Amenities include: 4 TVs, 2 VCRs, DVD, DVD library, stereo, high speed internet access please bring your own laptop, books, bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards and booster seat. Covered parking space and ground floor storage closet for your beach items. Outside shower.

Non-Smoking. No Pets.

Beds: 2 Kings, Pyramid Bunk with Trundle and Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 800.548.9688 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
