DescriptionThis beautiful soundfront home certainly provides the "Wow" factor for many moments of 'Unspeakable Joy'. The home is in serene setting that is perfect for families and friends. Live oaks provide privacy at the front entrance, while the view from the back includes memorable sunsets over the sound. Don't be surprised to catch a glimpse of wildlife across the marsh.
The custom designed Currituck Club vacation home has over 4000 sqft. of finished space and over 1300 sqft. of decks and porches. The grand two-story entrance with a curved staircase leads to an open great room, dining room and kitchen. Large arched windows in the great room, multiple decks and the screened porch connect guests to the outdoors. A gourmet kitchen has stainless steel applicances (including a double oven) and granite countertops. It is fully equipped and has ample room for multiple chefs in your group. Upscale furnishings and decor are found throughout this home. There are 5 master suites, each with its own unique style.
7 TVs, DVD, stereo with CD player and internet access (please bring your own laptop). The great room has HDTV (42") with surround sound. The ground floor rec room offers a pool table and foosball table. Venture outside and enjoy the 14' by 28' private pool, hot tub or gas grill. Choose from the many activities or enjoy moments of relaxation. Currituck Club amenities include reduced green fees with priority tee times, community pools, tennis and trolley service (in season). This Corolla retreat has an ideal location and is a close walk to the Currituck Clubhouse, Fitness Center or the Harris Teeter grocery store. The gas fireplace is available mid September through the end of April.

Beds: 3 kings, 1 queen, 2 sets of bunks. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
