Beautifully landscaped and located on one of the northern banks high dunes, The Master's Touch ground level walks out to large patio where you can relax in the large private pool or hot tub while listening to your favorite music in stereo sound. The recreation/theater room is complete with a 50" Flat Panel HDTV surround sound DVD theater system, a Queen sized sleeper sofa, a wet bar, refrigerator, LeBlue drinking water and a microwave. The 5th Bedroom has 2 full size beds, a TV/DVD and Play Station II. A full bath is steps down the hall with convenient entry to and from the pool patio. A complete laundry room is conveniently located on the ground floor. An enclosed outdoor shower and changing area are located off the patio. The 2-car garage includes table tennis, foosball and 4 bikes. A lighted outdoor basketball goal is at the end of the drive.

The Main living level opens to a spacious open floor plan. The elegant foyer with columned arches opens to a large 12-seat dining room, a gourmet kitchen and a bright and airy two story great room. The chef in the family will love the gourmet kitchen with a 5 burner Thermador gas range, a GE Double Oven and Monogram Refrigerator/ice maker, 2 dishwashers, a prep sink and bar seating for four. A cozy 4-seat breakfast nook and adjoining screened porch are great locations to start your day to a sunrise and hot cup of coffee. Step into the great room to entertain around the fireplace or enjoy audio/video entertainment on the 37" Flat Panel HDTV with DVD and surround sound. Plug in your iPod or play CD's through the full house sound system complete with 8 audio zones. Step out to the elevated back deck to grill on the Weber gas grill or chill out on deck furniture with views out over the pool and the 13th fairway from tee to green. A King Master bedroom is appointed with a large Master Bath with romantic Jacuzzi and double sided raised fireplace. This spacious bedroom includes a chaise lounge seating area and private access to the deck and an outstanding view of the 13th green. A powder room completes the living space on the main floor.

Walk up the turned staircase or ride the elevator to the Third level that opens to a balcony library overlooking the golf course where you can sit and read or play a game of chess, checkers or backgammon on the game table. Step up to the raised loft/office getaway to sit and look quietly out over the sound or to check your e-mail at the desk set up for wired/wireless Internet access (bring your own laptop). French doors open up a porch where you can step out to catch a beautiful sunset over the sound. Two large master bedrooms complete with private baths and sitting areas provide a comfortable, private living space. The King Master bedroom has a TV/DVD, a chair/ottoman and features a spacious disability friendly master bath complete with grab bars and an easy entry shower with a portable seat. The Queen Master bedroom has a flat screen TV/DVD and a large chaise lounge sitting area. The kid's bedroom has 2 Bunk sets, TV/VCR with a full bath conveniently located just across the hall.

All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
