The grand entrance to 'The Little Easy' and well-landscaped lawn signify its distinction and quality of comfort for your vacation in the Outer Banks. Wooden floors and stylish furnishings in each room are well-lit by Carolina sunshine beaming through the numerous windows. Enjoy the amenities inside the house such as the pool table, surround sound and flat-screen TV's with Premium Cable/Hi-Def. and stereo system or listen to your favorite summer songs outside with the outdoor speakers while kids play on swing set & slide, playing a game of volleyball or swimming in the pool.
Other specifics: Heated Private Pool and Hot Tub. Currituck Club Amenities include community pools, tennis, trolley service during the summer months and gated access. There are 9 TVs including 6 flat screens, 2 of the TVs have built in DVD players, 2 VCR/DVD combos, 2 stereos with CD players, Surround Sound in great room. Loft with balcony, Study/Office with Queen sleeper sofa, desk & Internet access (no computer provided, please bring your laptop), indoor/outdoor pool table, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April. Bring your volleyball... and get a game going at the Volleyball Sand Court. There is a cabana by the pool area with shower and toilet. The lower and mid level outdoor speakers connect to the surround sound stereo system.
Enclosed outside shower, gas grill, covered decks, sun decks, poolside swingset, 2 car garage. 2 ½ refrigerators & 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, 2 garbage disposals, free standing ice maker. 5 Bikes (2 mens, 2 womens, 1 childs. Please bring your own helmets). Close to the clubhouse, community pool & tennis courts.
'The Little Easy' has a no smoking policy. Pets are allowed. .
Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 2 Pyramid Bunks, Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
The Currituck Club Pools at the main and north entrances will be open from May 19- through October 8, 2012
All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day
We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

The house was beautiful and fit our needs nicely. We really appreciated the heated pool which came in handy on the cooler days. The bathrooms were amazing; especially liked the shower and whirlpool tub in the Master Bath. The kitchen was well stocked with place settings however, it would be nice to have more cookware. Really liked there was a water treatment system. Having the bikes and pool table added to our enjoyment outside of the house as well as its proximity to the Harris Teeter. Overall, I would definitely rent this house again.
