Full of amenities including a 15' x 30' private pool (not heated), Tiki bar by the pool, hot tub, custom tiled shower, dual shower head and granite countertops in kitchen. Ocean views. Villages at Ocean Hill amenities include an oceanfront pool with gazebo, lakeside pool, tennis courts... try your fishing skills in the 10 acre lake. 9 TVs including a 42" flat screen TV in the media room, 8 DVDs, and 1 VCR, high definition reception, stereo, video library, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2 refrigerators, 2 icemakers, media room w/sleeper sofa, game room w/wet bar, pinball machine, books, games, videos, pool volleyball net, basketball goal, ping pong table, rafts & pool toys, gas grill, pack-n-play, high chair, baby jogger, boogie boards, 2 outside showers, beach chairs, furnished covered verandas & sun decks.

Beds: 2 Kings, 4 Queens, 2 Bunk Sets, Sleeper Sofa in Media Room. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
Free parking area on Windance Lane for Villages at Ocean Hill guests. This lot holds 20 cars & provides direct beach access. Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Corolla vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our Corolla office to reserve partial week stays. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

The house was perfect for our family with 5 master suites and rooms for the older kids. The house was extremely well maintained and much nicer than the pictures portrayed. We were concerned about the distance to the beach but it was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach access and we made the trip several times a day with kids, gear and grandparents. The fitness facility was very nice but we had to pay for the week($30/person). Ocean Hill was a great neighborhood as you are away from the hustle and bustle of Duck (where we usually stayed) but was close to shopping, groceries, take-out food and a number of restaurants. We had a wonderful experience and will now make this our new and improved "usual trip" to the beautiful outer banks! Great trip!
