Bring out the traveler and explorer in you and come to The Captain's Hook in The Currituck Club. This Outer Banks vacation home offers comfort and amenities to please even the pickiest travelers.

The Captain's Hook has five bedrooms, three full baths and two half baths. The reverse floor plan means the great room and kitchen are on the top (second) floor as is the king master bedroom.

Bed sizes: One king, three queens, one pyramid bunk set and a sofa bed (in the family room on the first floor).
All of the bed linens, pillows and bath towels are provided for you and the beds are made before you check in.

Membership to Pine Island Beach Club. Guests of CC153 have access to the large oceanfront swimming pool (open from May 30th to September 30th), a shallow wading pool for children, beach access with parking, dune-top deck with seating, restrooms, changing areas, showers, lockers, ping pong, billiards and a retail shop.

The Currituck Club Pools at the main and north entrances will be open from May 19- through October 8, 2012

All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day

2012 Pine Island Beach Club Pool Dates: Open from May 26 to September 30, 2012 - weather permitting.
Pool hours are from 9am to 8pm.

This is in addition to the community pools and tennis courts within The Currituck Club itself. This Corolla vacation destination was designed with families in mind. Trolley service, sidewalks, gated community.

Need to just relax inside? There are multiple tvs and a dvd player, stereo and board games. Internet access is provided at no extra chanre. Please remember to bring your laptop computer.

Policies: The Captain's Hook is pet friendly (dogs only, please). No smoking policy. Saturday check in day for full week stays. Nearby you will find two full service grocery stores; both are open year 'round. Harris-Teeter and Food Lion are both within a five to ten minute drive from the house.

Consider visiting the Whalehead Club and the Currituck Lighthouse, just north of The Currituck Club. During the summer months free concerts are held on the lawn of The Whalehead Club on weeknights. For more adventure, take a tour of the Carova area...off road...where you may see some of our beautiful wild horses of Corolla.
