6 bedroom vacation home in The Currituck Club. 12' x 30' private pool (heated from early May to early June and from early September to mid October), hot tub, Currituck Club amenities including golf with reduced greens fees & priority tee times, tennis & community pools. Elevator, Rec Room with pool table, microwave, full sized refrigerator & wet bar; 6 Master bedrooms; stroller; 8 TVs including a 42" flat screen TV in Living Area, 8 DVDs, 3 VCRs, 2 full size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, Fax/Copier/Printer. Fireplace available mid September through the end of April. Ping pong table in garage, Pack'n'Play, high chair, baby gates, wrap-around porch and screened porch. 6 Master bedrooms, 6 ½ baths. Nice views of the sound from the 2nd floor. Gas grill.

Beds: 3 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid Bunk. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

These rates are for individuals renting a Currituck Club Golf Member's home or guests of Members that are not accompanied by a Member. All rates subject to change without notice. All rates include cart, green fee and taxes.
All trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
