12' x 24' private pool, screened porch, 5 TVs/VCRs, DVD player, stereo with CD, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, high chair,outside shower, fish cleaning table, charcoal grill, beach chairs.

Non-Smoking. No Pets.

Beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Bunk sets, 1 Pyramid Bunk with Trundle and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
