High chair, baby gate, Pac-N-Play. Charcoal and Gas grill, covered decks, sun decks, enclosed outside shower, pool and deck furniture, porch swing, hammock swing, basketball goal, child's table/chairs in living room near window seat.

Beds: 3 Kings, 2 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunk. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
