An easy bike ride will take you to shopping, restaurants, golf and tennis. All new Pergo hardwood floors in all common areas and one of the master bedrooms (top floor). From the large private pool to the hot tub, everything you need is here. You'll return year after year.
This Outer Banks vacation home is on the lake, pet friendly & only 300 yards to the beach! Features and amenities inlcude an 11' x 26' private pool, hot tub, 2 whirlpool tubs, 2 separate living areas (one with wet bar & fridge), well equipped kitchen seats 14-18, rec room with pool table, 2 gas fireplaces available mid September through the end of April. High chair, Pack-N-Play, books, near the lake for fishing, fish cleaning table, outside shower, 2 grills, 5 TVs, 2 VCRs, 3 DVDs, digital cable with HBO.
Parking is available for 4-5 cars. Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed. This home allows short stays in the off season.
Beds: 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Pyramids, 1 Trundle. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
