Sunsets over the Currituck Sound are spectacular and you have a prime seat from which to enjoy them when you choose 'Sounds Delightful' for your vacation stay on the Northern Outer Banks.
This comfortable 5-bedroom home is located on a wonderfully private cul-de-sac lot in the heart of the beautiful Currituck Club. It features decks galore—front and back; up and down—and abundant furniture for your relaxing and viewing pleasure. For the ultimate in outside fun, 'Sounds Delightful' offers a huge pool—14' x 35'; a covered hot tub, a completely private back yard and a 4-burner stainless steel gas grill.
Inside, you'll enjoy watching your favorite shows on a 46" flat panel HDTV or your choice of five other sets or enjoy family time playing foosball. You can stay connected to the "real" world via the wireless, high speed internet (please bring your own computer). 'Sounds Delightful' offers a stereo, 2 DVDs, 2 VCRs, Play Station 2, and gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April. This home is baby-friendly with a high chair, pack-'n-play, and baby gate available for your use. The HBO channel is available.
Our guests enjoy all Currituck Club amenities including tennis courts, community pools and the trolley service to the beach which runs throughout the summer months. The Currituck Club is truly a vacation destination spot on the northern Outer Banks.

Beds: 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins and 1 pyramid bunk with a trundle. 'Sounds Delightful' can sleep 12 comfortably. Upon your arrival, you'll find all beds made, towels in place and a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and soaps for your convenience.
Area attractions include the historical Whalehead Club and Currituck Lighthouse. And of course, the beautiful beaches.
There are two full service grocery stores open all year in Corolla. Both are very close to The Currituck Club; Harris Teeter and Food Lion.
All trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.
We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

This place is absolutely amazing! You could not have been more accommodating for children. It was just like (actually better than) being at home. We really enjoyed the house, especially swimming in the pool and cooking seafood in the well-equipped kitchen. Thanks for the great memories. We will cherish them forever. -- Bieri

What a lovely home you have! The deck was perfect for cherishing the OBX sunsets--we got some beautiful pictures!! The upstairs master is one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. All ages enjoyed the big, comfortable couch, TV and dining table. The wonderful supply of games, puzzles and books were put to good use.
