Located in The Currituck Club, this Outer Banks vacation home features three master bedrooms, each with its own TV, private bathroom and deck access. Large kitchen, dining room and great room with a 40" HDTV and surround sound system with iPod docking station is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen at 'Sound Racer' has 2 dishwashers, a double oven and 2 coffee makers. Culligan treated water throughout the home and filtered water at the kitchen sink and the kitchen ice maker.

The 'Sound Racer' includes a den with 40" HDTV, surround sound and Blu-Ray disc player. The game room includes a pool table, full size refrigerator, microwave and iPod docking station. There's also ping pong and foosball in the garage. The gated private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor surround sound system, and Tiki Bar with built-in gas grill, tiled countertop and sink all make this a perfect relaxation spot for both in-season and off-season rentals.

Amenities galore! Recently added membership to Pine Island Beach Club offers access to an oceanfront pool, wading pool, private beach access, ample parking, restrooms, showers and more. Close to 8 community pools with amenities at The Currituck Club and Pine Island Beach Club, tennis courts and the golf course. Other amenities include wireless internet so you can stay connected. Please bring your own computer.

No Smoking. No Pets. Walk Through

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Beds: 3 King Masters, 2 Pyramid Bunks, 2 Double Beds. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

The Currituck Club Pools at the main and north entrances will be open from May 19- through October 8, 2012

All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day

Membership to Pine Island Beach Club. Guests of CC312 have access to the large oceanfront swimming pool (open from May 30th to September 30th), a shallow wading pool for children, a private access to the oceanfront beach, dune-top deck with seating, restrooms, changing areas, showers, lockers, ping pong, billiards, parking and a retail shop.

2012 Pine Island Beach Club Pool Dates: Open from May 26 to September 30, 2012 - weather permitting.
Pool hours are from 9am to 8pm.

Mid Level - Master King Bedroom has a disability friendly bath with wider doorway, 36" bath door, 36" pocket door separating shower/toilet from sink and vanity, grab bars to shower and by toilet, roll up sink and roll in shower with fold down seat in the shower, a hand held shower head plus a wall mounted shower head.

This is our second year staying in "Sound Racer" and we continue to find it a beautiful home, well maintained and with a lot of nice amenities. Our family truly enjoys this home and would most definitely rent it again. Plus your reality agency is great to rent through.

We stayed at Sound Racer. It was an amazing house with wonderful Sound views. We felt at home the minute we entered the house. The owners did a wonderful job when choosing everything for this beautiful house. There was nothing they forgot. We would definitely like to stay there again. --
