Ping pong table in the 20' x 20' game rooom, gas fireplace available off season, games & books, port-a-crib, playpen, deck, covered porch, gas grill.

Non-Smoking. No Pets. Beds: 1 King / 2 Queen / 1 Twin / 1 Bunk / 2 Trundle . All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Membership to Pine Island Beach Club. Guests of RC348 have access to the large oceanfront swimming pool (open from May 21st to September 30th), a shallow wading pool for children, beach access with parking, dune-top deck with seating, restrooms, changing areas, showers, lockers, ping pong, billiards and a retail shop.
