'Sea and Tee II', a 5 bedroom well decorated home has everything needed to accommodate guests in the northern Outer Banks. Situated within the resort-like community of The Currituck Club, guests will enjoy The Currituck Club amenities; tennis courts, community pools and a trolley service (throughout the summer months). Pamper yourself as this home truly offers luxurious accommodations. Take a dip in your own 16' x 30' private pool or sit back and relax in the hot tub and watch the sun setting over the Currituck Sound. The elevator provides and easy check in and check out and is perfect when carrying groceries.

We also offer 6 TVs, 5 VCR/DVD combos, 1 additional VCR, surround sound speakers in the great room, 4 Master bedrooms, decks, and a gas grill. We also provide entertainment and gaming in the garage--newly remodeled for the 2010 Season as a rec room living space with air conditioning and heat--including ping pong, shuffleboard, and foosball tables. For families with children we have a port-a-crib and a highchair. Our home comes equipped with a screened porch, beach chairs, a hammock, an enclosed outside shower, a water filtration system throughout the house as well as a library of books and games.

Non-Smoking. No Pets. Plenty of parking.

Beds: 3 king beds, 2 twins and 2 bunk sets. (*golf privileges are not available with this home). All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

The Currituck Club Pools at the main and north entrances will be open from May 19- through October 8, 2012

All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at 'Sea and Tee II'; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 877-546-5362 for rates and other details

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
