Welcome to "Sea and Tee" with spectacular golf and sound views! This professionally decorated and landscaped home is located on the 16th green, directly overlooking the full panorama of Currituck Sound. The principal living areas are perched high on the top floor of this superb vacation home, opening onto a huge view deck for breathtaking day and night vistas that few other homes can claim.

The oversize (32' x 16') private pool is among the largest in the Currituck Club, providing plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. The large hot tub is a great place to relax in both daytime and evening. The upper level Great Room and lower level Recreation Room have 50" HD televisions with HD cable and DVD players, making it easy for all ages to enjoy their favorite entertainment in style and comfort. The Great Room TV also has a DVR and internet streaming media. Of course, all bedrooms have cable TV and DVD players.

The owners are Club Members, so you receive their discounted greens fees and priority tee time privileges. All other Currituck Club amenities are also yours, including clubhouse grille room, community pools, tennis courts, fitness center, playgrounds, basketball courts, trolley service, beach valet service and much more. The true "community" feel of the Currituck Club makes biking, jogging and walking along the lighted paths real pleasures. "Sea and Tee" offers outstanding services and facilities in a first class vacation destination, providing a marvelous and memorable Outer Banks vacation experience.

Comfortably sleeping 16 adults, "Sea and Tee" has three master suites with deck access, four twin beds, two bunk bed pairs and a queen sleeper sofa. Young children are conveniently accommodated with a full-size crib, night lights, high chair, playpen, stroller and baby gates.

All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps are provided as well. Village Realty will clean the home for you on checkout day.

"Sea and Tee" provides unlimited, free online HDTV access to thousands of movies and TV shows via NETFLIX. In addition, we provide free access to many other channels of streaming media, including additional movies, news, music, sports, TV, etc. Also, we've added a 37" HDTV to the upstairs Master Bedroom and a DVR in the Great Room so you can avoid missing your favorite shows while out enjoying the Outer Banks!

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
