2010 Community Pool Dates for The Currituck Club:
Pool at the main entrance will open 5/15/10 and close 10/10/10.
The north pool will open 5/28/10 and close 9/6/10.
The Magnolia Bay pool will open 5/28/10 and close 9/6/10.
All trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

Currituck Club amenities including golf discounts, tennis and trolley service (summer months). 10 TVs, 7 VCRs, 8 DVDs, videos. Electronics include two 65' HDTVs with Surround Sound, Playstation II & X-Box. 2 gas fireplaces available mid September through the end of April, gourmet kitchen, ice-maker, wine cooler. Rec Room with 'mini kitchen', air hockey, foosball, Ms. Pac Man game table, office with computer & Internet, fax machine & printer. King bedroom on mid level is disability friendly. Enclosed outside shower, covered decks, sun decks, beach chairs, garage, covered patio. 20'x15', 4 Hole Putting Green.

Beds: 5 Kings, 2 Doubles, 2 Pyramid Bunks. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day. Disability Friendly Information

Lower Level:
Entry door from the driveway is 36" wide with a 1/2" lip. The elevator is 36" wide and 46" deep; goes to all floors and has an adequate approach. Approach on Lower Level is OK; Mmid Level is Good and Upper Level is Adequate
Access to pool is through a 28" wide slider door with 1" lip. Ramp to pool area--42" gate
Mid Level:
King bedroom has 36" wide doorway, nice soundviews. The private bath has door width of 36", roll under sink (angled, with a slanted cabinet), and handrails for the shower and toilet. There is a built in shower seat and a hand held shower nozzle. It is not a roll in shower, the lip is 4 1/2" high.
Deck access is through 28" doorway with a 3" lip.
Upper Level:

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful vacation experience we enjoyed renting a house through Village Realty. We stayed in Sea It All (CC228) for the holidays. Would you kindly pass along to the homeowners how much we enjoyed their beautiful home and appreciated greatly all of the amenities. It was especially a pleasure cooking in their well appointed kitchen and the home was incredibly warm, inviting and comfortable. We look forward to renting their home again when we plan our next visit to the OBX.
