Approx. 700 ft. to the beach. 13' x 24' private pool. Whirlpool tub, screened porch, 2 master bedrooms, 5 TVs, 4 VCRs, 2 DVDs, videos, stereo w/CD, port-a-crib, high chair, playpen, baby gates (3), games, books, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, basketball hoop, charcoal grill, enclosed outside shower, deck furniture. All bedrooms have deck access.
Parking 4 cars. Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed. Beds: 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid Bunk with Trundle Bed. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

The house was lovely . It had been a few years since we had been down to Corolla and it has changed ! Harris Teeter was a big hit ..lol.
I loved the set up of the house , especially the dog friendly aspects. The locking gated decks were a joy for our Gus . The "man Cave" on the first level was perfect for a football Sunday when you have your mother in law and three men in the house ! We enjoyed the beach and the path to the beach was a lovely stroll for sure.
My husband invited his 76 year old mom and sister to join us and it was a special time for them as we live in Southern NJ and they live in Altoona PA . Helen was very pleased with her week with her only son in such a relaxing setting.
Gus is a rescue from Kentucky so I had so much fun taking pictures of him living the life to send to the shelter workers that saved him. Your kind donation enabled us, Rogers Rescues to give that gift to many others as the auction for the house was a huge hit. I hope we can do it again in the future .
We are putting "Sea Breeze" on our list of houses that we keep that meet the dog and family friendly needs we have. We definitely will consider it for rental in the future ! The rental staff was terrific and made everything a breeze !

We are an Experienced OBX loving family and have been visiting for 14 years sometimes twice a year. This was one of the best equipped ,clean and well planned dog friendly homes we have stayed at. All Pet Friendly homes are NOT THE same. Sea Breeze is an easy place to vacation with not just your humans but your furry family also !
It is also VERY convienent to shopping and dining !
So fur or skin the Watters family gives Sea Breeze two paws and thumbs up !
