There is a private beach access for this home with a dunetop deck for catching the sunrises or relaxing in the shade during those hot summer days. The private pool and hot tub will provide a private escape from the beach day crowds. You are within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, activities and the grocery store. 'Sandpiper's Way' is great for weddings or special events. It has a large backyard that is perfect for a tent or multiple tables. There is also a private walkway to the beach directly across the street from the home.

Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunk, 1 Bunk. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
