Located on the Oceanside in the Villages of Ocean Hill, Corolla. 16' x 35' Private pool (back door to pool deck area has an alarm), hot tub, Village at Ocean Hill amenities including community pools & tennis. 8 TVs (42" flat screen in living room), 2 VCRs, 2 DVD players, 2 Stereos with CD player, indoor & outdoor speakers, video library, Internet access (3.0MB DSL; please bring your laptop computer), books & games. Rec Room with pool table, wet bar, refrigerator. 3 master bedrooms (private baths), Pack'n'Play, high chair. basketball hoop, charcoal grill, outside shower, putting green, 2 beach carts, 3 bikes (2 adult & 1 child). Approx. distance to beach is 2100 ft. Excellent view of the Currituck Lighthouse, short (approx. 5-8 minute) walk to the beach with the path located directly across from the house.
Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed (Dogs only). Beds:3 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 2 Bunk sets. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
