This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath Pine Island home features a 16'x32' private pool, hot tub, rec room with pool table and foosball, high-speed Internet access (please bring your computer), as well as access to the community pool and tennis courts. Other amenities include: 7 TVs, 1 VCR, 4 DVD players, 2 stereos with CD and a video library, port-a-crib, high chair, baby gate, books, games, gas and charcoal grills. Approximately 350 yards to the beach.
Pet friendly (no cats, please). Non-Smoking. This home allows short stays (3 night minimum); call for rates and other details.
Beds: 2 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Pyramid Bunk with Trundle, Queen Sleeper Sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
