You'll want to Pinch Yourself when you enter 'Pinch Me' because you will truly think you're dreaming. The owners have thought of everything! Over 3,500 sq. ft. of resort living and over 1,100 sq. ft of covered and sun decks. Just bring your clothing, toiletries, and food - the owners haven't missed a thing! You'll enjoy the indoor and outdoor living this home has to offer! The home has been tastefully decorated with touches of whimsy which will add to your vacation experience.

Enjoy the magnificent views of the 12th fairway from the decks of this blue beauty - sit, relax, and enjoy a drink from one of the many Adirondack chairs, rockers, and chaise lounges throughout the three levels of decks this home has to offer. You can also enjoy the indoor/outdoor speaker system that has been thoughtfully installed for your listening pleasure while you go for a swim in the extra large pool (16' x 32'!) or soak in the hot tub with your family and friends and, of course, there's an enclosed outside shower and dressing room for your convenience. The pool is heated from early May to early June and again from early September to mid October.

You'll enjoy the many amenities from the moment you arrive - no more lugging groceries and suitcases up the stairs - there is an elevator for your convenience. The kids won't be pestering you to run out to the video store because this home has over 200 DVDs in its movie library, more than 100 hardback books, and a huge collection of board games for family game night. Enjoy a game of pool or foosball in the Rec room, ping pong in the garage. The amenities continue outside: play basketball in the driveway; go for a bike ride throughout the beautiful Currituck Club - no need to bring the bikes, these have been provided (4 adult and 4 children's bikes); inflatable toys for use in the pool, plastic toys to build the perfect sand castle at the beach, Frisbees, paddles for a game of paddle ball, fishing rods, hula hoops, all are available to you. The golfers will enjoy reduced greens fees & priority tee times at The Currituck Club and everyone has access to the community pools, tennis, fitness area and trolley service to the beach (summer months).

If a baby will be accompanying you there's no need to rent or bring baby equipment, it's already here: a pack'n'play, high chair and two child safety gates plus a step for the toddler who can't quite reach the sink. When it's time for meals, enjoy them from the beautiful dining room with ocean and golf course views. Prepare dinner in a kitchen that any chef would love - the owners have stocked it with everything you will need to prepare a romantic dinner for two or dinner for a large family reunion. The homeowner is a gourmet chef and has thought of everything. No need to run to the store mid-week for milk, ice cream, and sodas because you will be able to keep everything cold in the second refrigerator located in the garage. If you want to grill you have a choice of doing it from the top deck right outside the dining room or by the pool - two large gas grills are available for your use - no more carrying charcoal back from the store just turn on the gas and press the button and you're ready to grill! The kitchen has two dishwashers that will always come in handy when it's time to clean up.

In addition to the 4 master bedrooms with king beds, this home has been thoughtfully decorated with just the right furnishings - relax in the great room on the comfortable sofa as you catch a movie on the 50'' Plasma TV. 'Pinch Me' has 8 TVs, 7 DVDs, and 4 VCRs. The fireplace is available mid September through the end of April. Feel free to surf the web or check email - just bring your laptop and use the secure wireless that's provided for you. A fax is also provided for your use. Sequester yourself in the afternoon in the quiet reading loft with that novel you've wanted to read. Enjoy a soak in the whirlpool tub in a Master Bath. Relax in the den as the golf-themed fan blades spin above you. You'll think you're in a tropical paradise as you enter each of the four Master bedrooms uniquely decorated with the colors of the tropics and with beautiful fans that will transport you back to the days of Casablanca. Enjoy a late night movie in any of the bedrooms as you go to sleep ready to get a good night's sleep before awakening to another day at the resort that is 'Pinch Me'.

Membership to Pine Island Beach Club. Guests of CC217 have access to the large oceanfront swimming pool (open from May 30th to September 30th), a shallow wading pool for children, a private access to the oceanfront beach, dune-top deck with seating, restrooms, changing areas, showers, lockers, ping pong, billiards, parking and a retail shop.

2012 Pine Island Beach Club Pool Dates: Open from May 26 to September 30, 2012 - weather permitting.
Pool hours are from 9am to 8pm.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

We loved staying in Pinch Me. Our children loved looking for lost golf balls in the dunes behind the pool. We made alot of our meals and it was so nice to have all of the gadgets in the kitchen that we needed for cooking. The best part of staying in Pinch Me was that they have a membership to the Pine Island Beach Club. The Pine Island Beach Club has a huge swimming pool right next to the beach and it was never crowded. It was like we had our own private pool and beach every day that we went there. This is our 15th year vacationinig on the Outer Banks. As the kids have gotten older and all of our lives have become so scheduled and hectic, we cherish the rest and relaxation we find down here, especially in The Currituck Club. The grounds are beautiful, the walking paths seem endless, and this house "Pinch Me" - has every activity and convenience one could ask for. We had two and a half days of rain, but it gave us the opportunity to enjoy all that this house has to offer. Thank you for sharing it with us!
