Beds: 3 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Bunk sets, 2 Twin beds (each twin has a trundle). All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Elevator goes to all floors. Door width is 36". Dimensions of elevator are 48" wide x 32" deep. Wheelchair approach to elevator is adequate on lower level, you may need to move some furniture on upper level

There is a hall bath off the game room with door width of 36", hand rails for toilet and shower, built in shower seat. The lip to shower entrance is 3.5"

Common Areas Information -
Flooring is hardwood with area rugs. Oceanviews. Doorways to decks are 22" wide with a 4" lip.
Pool access: doorway width is 27" and lip is 5"
