Close to the beach, approx 300' away and featuring a 14' x 30' private pool, hot tub, board games, DVD library, pool table, foosball and more. One of Ocean Sands' finest homes will make a perfect destination for your family.

4 Master bedrooms, sleeps 18. 10 TVs, 10 VCRs/DVDs, DVR available on liiving room TV, unlimited long distance, Internet access (please bring your laptop computer), 2 dishwashers, 2 washer/dryers, 2 full-size refrigerators, 2 microwaves.

Outside amenities include a gas grill, outside shower, sun decks. Gorgeous ocean views from top level.

Parking for 7 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets (No Exceptions, Owners Highly Allergic!). Disability Friendly Information is listed below.

Beds: 3 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Bunk sets, 2 Twin beds (each twin has a trundle). All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.

Elevator goes to all floors. Door width is 36". Dimensions of elevator are 48" wide x 32" deep. Wheelchair approach to elevator is adequate on lower level, you may need to move some furniture on upper level

Two twin beds in room. 36" door width. Furniture may need to be moved for wheelchair access.
There is a hall bath off the game room with door width of 36", hand rails for toilet and shower, built in shower seat. The lip to shower entrance is 3.5"

Common Areas Information -
Flooring is hardwood with area rugs. Oceanviews. Doorways to decks are 22" wide with a 4" lip.
Pool access: doorway width is 27" and lip is 5"
Kitchen is spacious.

Our clan stayed in Phoenix Rising. We really appreciated being so close to the beach, and the beach was lovely - never busy. We enjoyed th pool and the pool table, and especially the hot tub. we took turns cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed to turn out tasty meals. and the two dishwashers was great. -- Ruth A.
