'Parrotdise' offers Outer Banks Gift Certificates and Oceanside luxury in Corolla. This Outer Banks vacation home has a list of amenities starting with a 14' x 36' private pool with pool toys, hot tub, rec room with pool/pingpong table, dart board, wet bar, microwave, refrigerator, Playstation II & games. 10 TVs including 8 in high-definition and 2 with premium movie channels HBO and Cinemax, 7 DVD players,2 VCRs, 1 Blu-Ray, 2 iPod Docking Stations . The gas fireplace is available mid September through the end of April.



The business center is on the mid level; including desk, chair, phone, copier and high speed Internet access with wireless modem (please bring your own laptop computer). Games, DVDs, books, ceiling fans, playpen, stroller, high chair, baby gate. Decks and deck furniture, beach carts, enclosed outside shower, charcoal grill, basketball goal, beach toys. Sunset views from the front decks.

Owners provide a 'Welcome Pack' which includes a gift basket from Bacchus Wine and Cheese and a gift certificate from Lighthouse Bagels for all guests staying between May 1 and September 30. Located on the oceanside, in a cul-de-sac, so it is good for children and private. Across the street from the beautiful Currituck Club golf course. Approx. distance to beach is 1800 ft a short 6 minute walk.

Parking is available for 7 cars. Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed.

Beds: 4 Kings, 2 Twins, 3 Bunks. 5 Master bedrooms (private baths). All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Corolla vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Please call our Corolla office to reserve partial week stays. We know it's important to stay connected. This Outer Banks vacation home does offer wireless (or wired) internet service (computer not included) at no additional charge. Please keep in mind the Outer Banks often experiences downtime with this service and it can take multiple days to resolve issues when they occur. Village Realty is happy to provide internet service as a back up when this occurs and our services are available at every check in location.
