New for 2010! This home is equipped with a KABA keyless entry lock. Keyless entry allows you to go straight to your vacation home without having to check in at our office. Prior to your arrival, you can call us for a six-digit code that will work for your entire stay. No keys to keep track of or drop off when you leave! All guests will receive a dozen bagels plus cream cheese from local favorite Lighthouse Bagels!

2010 Heated Pool Dates: Pool is heated from May 1st/2nd to June 4th and again from August 28th/29th to October 15th.

2010 Community Pool Dates for The Currituck Club:
Pool at the main entrance will open 5/15/10 and close 10/10/10.
The north pool will open 5/28/10 and close 9/6/10.
The Magnolia Bay pool will open 5/28/10 and close 9/6/10.

All trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

THIS IS IT! This is the home you have been looking for! Constructed with you in mind and loaded with extra's that truly fits her name of "Par-Excellence". This home sits sound front and fairway front giving you views of the sound, the tee box and looking down the fairway. The options abound whether you 'par-take' in the great sunsets, 'par-take' in the heated pool, lounge in the screened porch in front of the fire place, or go to the game room and 'par-take' in the foosball or billiards. Of course getting 'Par' on the course would top off any great vacation destination.

Outside: Enjoy the 16 x 32 heated pool (heated May 1 to June 5 and Sept 4 to Oct 16), built in hot tub, gazebo, pergola with gas grill, putting green, hammock, fenced in doggy play area, screened in porch with fireplace, and two of the garage bays have been converted into a game room with foosball and billiards complete with 42' flat screen TV.

The elevator connects to all three floors, the ground level from outside, the lower level and the top level. When you enter the house from the front door you'll be greeted by the warmth of the wood floors and notice the wall of windows looking towards the sound. A few steps up will lead you to the great room, with 42" plasma TV, a comfortable wrap around couch with a fireplace. The gourmet kitchen with walk in pantry and seating for 7 at the counter, 48" built in fridge/freezer, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, microwave, warming drawer, and a gas grill off the deck. When it's time to sit down and eat you can choose between the round breakfast table for 10, or the dining table seating 12 with views over the golf course.

The wet bar complete with a 4 top table for cards or games, and mini fridge. The full bath is adjacent with in easy reach of the queen bedroom, with TV/VCR/DVD. This tower rooms surrounded by windows offers some great views, or close the drapes and sleep until noon. Walk down the breeze way to the King master bedroom with seating area complete with queen sleep sofa and doors if you want some privacy. The MBR has TV, VCR, DVD, expanded cable package, and a beautiful bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and tiled shower.

The ground level features 10 foot ceilings. King MBR w TV/VCR/DVD, deck access and jaccuzi tub and large tiled shower. King MBR w TV/VCR/DVD and garden tub and tiled shower also has deck access. Master Bedroom with 2 singles and 2 trundles w TV/VCR/DVD and a full bath with garden tub and tiled shower.

The media room with double sleep sofa, kitchenette, full size fridge, dishwasher, sink and 60" TV, surround sound, VCR/DVD, stereo with CD and half bath.

Non-Smoking. Pets Allowed. Saturday Check-In.

Beds: 3 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 2 Trundle, 2 Sofa Beds. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.



Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Corolla vacation rental home; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 877-546-5362 for rates and other details
